Topic: "Joint and muscle problems" PART 1, 2 and 3

Day 1:    Part 1 & 2:  Cervical and Thoracic Spine, Shoulder and Elbow. Muscles: Trapezius, Rhomboids, Scapula and Biceps

Day 2:    Part 3:  Lumbar Spine and associated muscles. Hip, knee, gluteus, piriformis and psoas
